Do you consume fruits and vegetables daily? Weekly?
If so, were these foods grown on fertile soil?
Are they as nutritious as they were 50 years ago? 100 years ago? etc.
Do you eat organic grass fed beef or chicken?
Processed without hormones and antibiotics
Do you consume organ and muscle meats?
Highly nutritious
Major staple of our ancestors diet
Are you taking Whole Food supplements?
If they are “Whole Food”, they will have a list of foods in their ingredients label
The ingredients will consist of both plant and animal sources
They will contain all known and “unknown” factors that are part of the food ingredient(s)
